How to cook a seasoned chicken on a charcoal grill?

dont stand to close when you light it,if you are using actual charcoal?no propane right?i will assume so.
light your coals with starter fluid if you have it.
otherwise use crumpled paper and put your coals on top of it.
light and let the flames die down,let your coals burn untill you see them mostly covered with white ash.then you will be ready to grill.

Light your coals first. Before you put on your chicken, make sure the coals are hot. Test this by holding your hand over the top. If you can count to 3 slowly without having to remove your hand the coals are not hot enough. Cook your chicken until 155 internal temp. The chicken will continue to cook after you take the it off the grill so don't cook any longer than that.
 
you put it on the grill. turn the grill on. cook the chicken until white but not over cook it because then it will be dry and nobody likes dry chicken. (unless cold)
