How to cook a perfect lamb roast?

hmm leave it be on a grill for one minute on each side/section, do this to all outer parts of the roast, if it seems undercooked, do 30 seconds on each side until satisfied. trust me although it looks undercooked, lamb cooks really fast.

Everytime I try, it ends up being overcooked. It's a 500 gram mini roast and I want it to be just pink. Can anyone help me?
