First off, I want to make things clear. I do not need a cell-phone, but I want one. And when they say "You don't need one because you are never away from me or your dad." (Or mom) I see were they are coming from. I am in a wheel chair and I am home schooled. But i still really want one. I have never really begged for one, because I know it will make them REALLY not want to get me one. Any ideas?
