how to convice my parents to let me get a m rated game?

Alot of games add in copious ammounts of profane language to boost the rating from what would be a T-rated game to an M-rating to entice more intrest from the older gaming crowd... You can tell them that I suppose.
 
there is nothing you can say. you have to prove to them that you are mature i.e. getting good grades, not getting in fights, listening to them etc
 
Did they say you can't play a game rated M? If they did that sucks... I'm 15 and most of my games are rated M, but I've been playing rated M games since Conker's Bad Fur Day on the Nintendo 64 (when I was10-ish). You could try sneaking it by asking for it and not mentioning that it's rated M. You could just ask if you can buy a rated M game and show them why it's rated M (blood, language, etc.). If it's something small, maybe they won't mind.
 
Mother Father I do believe that there is an object of entertainment i believe I would like to buy. If I may ask will you guys if it is possible to be able to purchase this game for me. I have reviewed this game and I believe that it is not Very gorey though it may have some "bad words" but who doesn't know bad words? lol anyways just tell em u want them 2 buy u the game i mean its not gorey its not some ninja gaiden or god of war game thats gorey codmw2 is well just a shooter arms may fly but u dont really notice it much and on top of that halo 3odst is...well that should be a game rated t for teen idk why these people choose to rate these games M i mean seriously mortal kombat THATS M for mature gears 1 and 2 thats M but cod c'mon >_> show them the gameplay and keep asking if they say no and if they say u ask me 1 more time ur grounded the just throw in little hints its not like ur really asking but ur talking about it lol works 4 me =P
 
Tell them over and over again that you know the difference between fantasy and reality and understand that it's just a game, not real life and that you won't practice or be influenced by any of the actions in the game (word for word). You have to live up to it and show them that you're a mature and responsible person.

My dad allowed me to play games like Resident Evil and Silent Hill when I was 8 because he knew that I wouldn't be killing any zombies or monsters any time soon.
