how to convert RAR file to Sony Ericsson THM file?

I want to create a sony ericsson theme without using sony ericsson theme creator software.I have collected all the necessary files along with theme.xml and created a RAR file.Now i need to convert that RAR file to THM file so that the sony ericsson phone can support.How to do this?
