How to convert an imovie '09 from media browser to quicktime if source footage is lost?

I made a twenty minute movie in imove '09 and then I saved it to the media browser. It created a pretty big 200 MB file. Then, when I was trying to delete unneeded footage, I deleted some of the source footage that was used in the file. Now, this file is pretty big, so I'm sure there's enough information to turn it into a quicktime file, but I can't open it in imovie or anything. Any idea how I can do this conversion?
