how to connect to xbox live with a sprint wireless broadband without a computer?

ok so first of all i don't have phone line or internet line at my house because the guy who build our house did the wireing wrong, and because i dont have a phone line or internet line i cant buy a modem (wifi) to play xbox live .

so i have to use a damn sprint broadband

anyways so i have to use it on my laptop to have internet, but i dont know if i could use it to play on xbox live.

first i thought that i could just plug it in the usb port that the xbox 360 has, and it will be connected and i would be able to play xbox live. but that didnt work.

and i found a method that you could connect it but it had to be through the laptop and i really dont want to turn on my laptop every time i play xbox live.

so if you guys know how to connect to xbox live with the sprint wireless broadband by plugging it in the usb port of the xbox 360, please type the answer

fromt he reserach I have done and know:

1) None of the forums of sites I have checked have been able to receive Xbox live without a Laptop or Desktop.

2) The USB Tongle requires and internet connection, the Xbox 360 simply does not have the hardware. (Modem) Most laptops and desktops these days have this pre built within, a very basic one at that.

3) You will require a laptop connection. Howwever you can close the latop to save you some energy or buy a smaller netbook such as this:

to act as you modem, and also shut the top to save you energy again. The power consumption on a netbook is far less than a normal laptop.

4) you should also change you settings in control for your laptop if you do this. As sometimes the laptop default settings will shut down the internet connection when the lid is closed. You will need to set the settings to just the screen being turned off.

So to summerise, you will need to some sort of modem which currently isnt availible in a xbox 360 or neither is a Modem specifically built to accept USB tongle, vice versa.
