How to connect remote wire to a factory stereo?

the car is a 2006 nissan altima. is there any non troublesome way to hook the remote wire up like an aftermarket radio.

There are a couple approaches you can take. First, I'd check to see if your cigarette lighters are constant or accessory. If they're on at all times they are constant, if they're on with the key in the accessory or on position they are accessory. If accessory I'd military splice into the wire that tests as accessory. Make sure you fuse it. If it's not, then there will be an accessory wire at the radio harness. Again, military splice, and fuse the wire.
