How to connect MOTU Midi Timepiece II to a PC?

I got the device from a friend of mine who used it 15 years ago on an old Mac. But I want to connect it to a PC running windows XP. MTP II doesn`t feature any usb port. I found some article about this but it implies hacking the MTP II. And I don`t want to do this. And maybe you have any idea of how to get it working with any studio software.
