Good evening you guys! I have a little dilemma on my hands, my skin is actually pretty normal, howevver, in some parts of my face, i have these rough, dry, flaky spots. And i moisturize at night and in the morning, and i even put vaseline on it with some concealer. But during the school day, all my makeup comes off, except for the vaseline/concealer and it looks really terrible! Is there any way i can get my makeup to stay on, and hide those nasty dry spots, or atleast help them?!
