Heh there i also live in Glasgow i`ve just recently detoxed off my methadone my only advise would be to try and get yourself something so get yourself stable whether thats a methadone script or whatever then i would try and get yourself linked in with the many organisation that ear there to help day projects, i`m currently going to couth east alternatives part of turning point scotland their day project help me through my own detox and has been a major part of why i find myself slowly getting better. I`ll have to cut it short in library and away to ruon out of time.
