how to clean bike Carb and pilot jet ?

My Ninja 250 2009 stall with choke closed
after warmed up, and chock fully closed; it always stall after I apply throttle and release clutch. now I can only ride with choke on ....
I have heard ppl say to clean carb and pilot jet, but i have no experience on it. i dont even know where a carb is located ... do i need to take it out to clean it ? or I spray something ? or ... ??
what is the easily way to fix this ? I only ride this bike several times.
 
Maybe you can try a fuel injector cleaner. Just add a small amount into your tank (follow the leaflet) and see the difference.
