The question should say it all. We are finishing a basement so right now we have no walls to tear down cuz there are none. I will be utilizing the cable for the 50 Mb Comcast internet so I want to make sure this is done properly.
1) I need to choose the right cable I cannot make sense of what I am reading online about the different cables like RG-6, RG-59, RG-60 - at one point in my reading I thought I read that you can use fiberoptic in place of the coax ... so at this point im royally confused, what type of cable do I want!?!?!?!
2) Installation is important, since we will be doing it ourselves what do you need to do to avoid interference from other things like electrical, any tips are helpful
