I mean the page http://orka.sejm.gov.pl/proc6.nsf/opisy/3487.htm - it's a government site, about passing a bill which I am interested in [it tells about changes in my future exams]. And I need to check if sth has changed but I don't want to visit the site every time. So I thought of RSS or sth like that. I tried "Yahoo! Pipes" but robots.txt doesn't allow me to use it. How to solve this mistery...? q
