How to check current cell tower information in Sony erricson handset?

I would like to be able to tell my service provider about some bad signals and data that happen only when I'm in a specific 5 mile area. I want to tell customer relations or support the exact identification of the bad tower. That can be an ID by call sign,
or lease ID, or tower location or some numeric code or whatever.
