How to charge for Business Cards?

Here is my situation. I met this nice woman who was starting an at home business. I offered to make her business cards because she gave me an awful handwritten one. I went home to make her some nice cards but my printer was out of ink.I ordered online at Vista.com and created her a "designed" cards and got them for 25.00 (200 cards). I also ordered some for myself so I got a slight discount. She called me for the business cards and I emailed her the price is 30.00. She never emailed me back. When she calls she says she needs them but she never confirms the price. She offered some "cosmetic gifts of lotions and stuff" that she sells at her home based company. Now she called again and we are supposed to meet soon for the exchange. I feel this business deal went sour. I don't want to give her 200 business cards in exchange for lotions that are worth 12.00 max.
How should I approach her? Ask for 30.00 before I meet her on the phone? Take the lotions and charge 20.00? Or give her less than 80 cards for the Lotions? I offered to help and now I wish I never got caught up in the mess I made for myself. I am new to business and I already feel ripped off. I can't send the cards back. They are from Vista in Netherlands. What should I do to salvage this situation?
