How to change your eye color when using photo-shop?

I saw a person change there eye color into different colors.I said that was really cool.I wanted to learn how to do that.But i do not wanna download stuff.It makes my computer slower.Can anyone help?
 
Duplicate your image on a second layer on top of your first layer.

Erase everything else other than your eyes - every single thing except for the thing you wan to change color

Then use HUE to adjust the color of the eye.

Seriously, go to youtube and just search...
 
there is a tool on photoshop that i use. it is like an airbrush and yoou can use colr, but it doesn't completely change the color like on the paint program. it adds color to the eye i can't explain it. you have to play around with it to figure it ouot.
