how to change the value of one cell by changing another on excel?

I know theres a function for this, i just cant remember what it is.

For example, i want to make cell H11 worth 3,000,000 by only changing cell G2.

Anyone remember what this is called? There used to be a button for it on office 2003, but now its hidden on 2010 and i cant remember what its called.
