I have xampp installed on my machine, and I think I know which file is my php.ini file... But it just looks like a txt file with more actual words than configuration stuff... So how do edit it to:
Allow me to use the mail() function (because when I use the mail function.... nothing happens!)
And I just want to know how to edit it in general... So I can enable session use cookies and stuff like that.
Please help!
