ha ha, did this on a honda yeeeears ago. U gotta get a phillips and black silicone. Start ripping the dash apart. Your speedometer assembly will be separate from the lighting or the bulb will be built in. If it's separate you'll see it behind there- but i doubt it. Most likely it's inside. Grab a flathead and pry open the case. Find the bulb and hit up an auto parts store or radio shack for an aftermarket blue bulb). U should have 1-3 in there depending on the design. Put it back together and use the black silicone to reattach the casing. Work backwards. be sure to keep track of all the screws. Work carefully and slowly as the panels are delicate. good luck
