How to change text ringtone on Samsung T301g?

When I try to change it there are only 4 ringtone options. I have downloaded ringtones so I have one available. Please Help! 10 Points for Best Answer!
 
Turn it off. Press on button. then hold all keys on front of phone. Message should say texting tones unlocked. then any tone wil work
