How to change from plain text to html ?

I signed up to get this newsletter and this is what I get in the newsletter: This newsletter is available in HTML only. Your
email client is configured to view plain text instead
of HTML. Please change your settings to view your newsletters.
 
That depends on the email client and you do not state what it is. With Yahoo email on the web html email is always displayed although pictures can be blocked in the spam options.

If you are using IE, Outlook, Firefox, etc there is an option to display html or not.
