How to change a Verizon Wireless phone number?

Thanks in advance for your answers. So here's the issue, my sister and I have decided to switch our phones, however, when we call them they say to call during normal business hours, it is super important that we switch tonight for she is leaving for a few days. So with that, is there anyway to switch our two numbers without calling costumer support? *we aren't calling the store, we are calling the 1800 customer support number*
