ive got a pay monthly contract with vodafone, there is no time limit on my contract eg12 months long, as it was just a sim they sent to me! do i just cancel my direct debit or do i have to tell them too? how do i do this??
Hi Sarah what you need to do is firstly speak to vodafone to see what notice you need to give . i personally would have thought you would need to give at least a period of 1 months notice but i could be wrong ? normally when yopu got the sim you would have recived some form of paperwork & it would have had the terms & conditions written down in small print that would have told you the cancellation notice but as ive already said speak to vodafone customer services & they will be able to give you all the information that you need ! what i will advise is whoever you speak to at vodafone make sure you get the name of the person you spoke to because if anything does go wrong then you've always got comeback for that person ... hope this info helps
