How to call a stored procesure using a windows from in VB.net?

I am using VB.net 2003. I am trying to call a saved stored procedure from my database. Can some one please give me a code (full) so i can achieve my work. Please. Also in the windows form, the answer should be able to appear in a text box by clicking a button. I am complete newbie at this stuff so please explain your answer. Please. My job lies on this answer. Thank you
