How to bypass t-mobile text and call blocking after 11 P.M.?

so my uncle blocked me from texting and calling after 11 P.M. till like 5 A.M.

anyone know how to bypass this?

i really need it, and he won't remove it -____-
and once i was with my friends at a very crowded place and they could not find me, cause of this -______-
