how to bypass htc sapp300 google activation pls help

pls help me out.
i just recieved htc sapp300 from a customer.
the phone is unlocked but it ask me to set up a google account.
pls help me with to bypass the google account.
i dont have account with google.
 
i have one but the phone needs to be connected to internet before
i want to activate the wifi but i cant access the menu without sim
pls help me
