track is starting February 1st. I try to run when I can but I don't last long at all. I'm not fat by any means but I need endurance. I can run .20 but after that I get tired. Any workouts or anything will be greatly appreciated. I want to be able to last at least 1 1/2 miles. My time right now is around 123 minutes. I want it to be at least 10.
