how to create a code for Upload and Display image using PHP and MySQL.

for example i want to upload the images using PHP and will store to the database

and Display image using PHP that call to the database.

Pls..Help me guys. im a noob..i dont know how to do that. i try to look in other tutorial but i dont understand. Thanks guys. God Bless
