I'm new to web development. How would I build or put together a blog or website to get input from hosts? I plan to mostly have votes like on sports outcomes ect. Is there a way to do this in a blog (probably not from what I understand of blogs) If not how to I put together a site to have multiple votes on a page and seperate them by sport? Once I get a domain how do I get user input and display results from votes?
