Anybody that would be mean at this question would be a 'tard. OK,...there isn't so much a set of prints to follow on this. you can keep track of your progress and parts list and needs on an ordinary spiral notebook(spiral so you don't lose the pages). First, go online and through the phone book to get resources for parts. You are looking for "motorcycle salvage', "motorcycle impound", and general junk yards. Select a bike based on ease and access to parts, and affordability. Start with a frame from a salvage yard bike that has not been wrecked so badly its warped or bent badly, or burned. (burning ruins the metal). Strip the frame clean, put it up on a milk crate and go to work. gather parts for the same model bike but not necessarily the same model year(some bikes of the same make share parts) that's an advantage for you. You will have to make many trips to the salvage yards and there will be many trials and tests of your skill and patience, but you can do it. Get advice on here and from your local bike shop. When its time to do the electric portion, get some competent help so you don't fry something expensive that you don't want to have to replace. (CDI, or switches) Perhaps there might be a big brother technician to mentor you.
happy hunting, show your grandmother you can do it. We're all pulling for you and are proud of you.
