I have been a loyal customer of Verizon for years but now I'm just fed up. ATLEAST once a week, my phone stops receiving texts, for days at a time. Okay, this is not what I paid for. They ALWAYS say "we know, we are working to fix the problem" but they haven't done a damn thing. My contract doesn't end until Christmas of next year, and I simply cannot wait that long. And you know what, I don't feel like I should have to pay money to break my contract either, because they are screwing me over! I'm paying for unlimited texts and I can't even receive them! I think they are doing it purposely, because I have unlimited and I text A LOT, it's probably costing THEM money, right, so I think they are regulating my texting this way, by keeping my phone but receiving text. Idk, I'm DONE with verizon, so how do I break this thing?
