I have had nothing but trouble with T-Mobile's service. Everything from unsolicited calls (after recently updating my no-call list status) to unknown service shutdown (my phone service was off for 6 hours on monday before I found out, and re-booted it). Now my job may be in jeopardy, because my employer can't reach me consistently for after-hour calls that I'm required to be available for. Customer service repeatedly says there's nothing wrong, and all I get is lip-service. How can I get out of this contract without paying $400.00 early termination fee's ???
