I'm weight restored (5'6 and 125) so I don't want to gain more weight, but I'm only eating like 400 calories a day (and somehow maintaining on that). It's going to be difficult for me to workout for the next few weeks, but after then I can ice skate every day, play ice hockey (noncompetive) etc. as well as go snow hiking and snow shoeing. Any advice on how to boost my metabolism? I really ant to eat more, but righ tnow it's as slow as possible basically.
