How to block what people type on a search engine?

I want to be able to block things when people type somthing on a search engine.

for example.

If you type somthing like PORN in Google, when you press enter it automatically blocks,

I dont want hyperlink blocking just things that people type

I have firefox, is there an addon for this?
 
I'm unclear whether you mean:

1) disable Google Suggest (the list that appears underneath the box as you type):

1. Visit the Google Preferences page .
2. In the 'Query suggestions' section, select "Do not provide query suggestions."
3. Click Save Preferences at the top or bottom of the page.

2) do not remember the history of queries/anything that you've entered:
In Firefox, choose Tools/Start Private Browsing
