How would i block this code from coming up or change the image of the banner or just remove it from my web site here is the code -

It can't be deleted from the server or folder it gets added to my web sites HTML when i upload to my CJB.NET host i wondered if i could add HTML to stop them adding it disable the banner they upload to my site?
