How to block halo being downloaded from a flash drive.?

I give my brother a copy of halo evolved pc so he can play but he got addicted to it.Now i rarely get on the computer because he be on it 24/7. so is there a way that i can block it without putting a password to the administrator user account.If so please help me this is getting really annoying. thanks
 
Well if the computer is not YOURs but your family's there is nothing you can do.

You could always just delete the USB drivers which would mean anything that works with the USB would stop working though.
