How to block calls for my Nokia X6?

I keep getting unwanted calls and sms's from an individual I thought i made clear to i wish not to talk to them but they still wont get the message. I was wondering if there is a FREE way to block their incoming calls and messages?
 
ovi store has call blocker apps. They are cheap to buy if u want to block several numbers. But they have free trial apps that let u block just one number, so that could be ur solution.
