How to better a lounge with 2 rows of pillars?

It has exactly 8 pillars; in addition, low ceiling, and a long and narrow size. There's a kitchen behind the wall of the short side, and a bar next to the door occupying the long side (making the lounge looks narrower). We intend for this to be a cafe, do you have any advice for me?
