Just leaving the military after having been in the infantry for 5 years, did great, got promoted quickly, but how do you word that into something on a resume in the civilian world? Picked up a lot of management skills, but not sure how to translate it. I have looked at having a resume professionally done, however I am not sure what resume sites would be best. Many seem to be shady at best, while others I doubt would be geared towards my background. Any thoughts, suggested websites?
