I'm in 8th GRADE & im so shy it's awful, i don't know how to keep a converstaion and i want to be more open to people and get more friends so i don't seem like i hate everyone and so people wont be so intimidated by me. I know it's really hard to, so is there any tips? I am tired of being the shy one, i wanna be open and live my life and have fun. But how? Thanks
