im mtf and im starting my trials to transition in two weeks, though Ive been incredibly nervous bout going full time(i wish i could do it after hrt), is there ANYTHING i could do to help my appearance, to were i could say atleast i improved some, herbal stuff work outs what ever will help till i start hrt please...

Well becoming feminine may be a little more difficult if you have dominant male features. But you could try wearing a wig that frames your face or get a haircut in a feminine style. You could also try to use some make-up, but make sure it matches your shade. Try wearing female clothes of course. But mainly it's attitude. So keep your attitude positive and femme, and you'll be all set. But I wouldn't think you'd need to look much more since you're doing a lot already.

Good luck!

you're seeing the wrong therapist. social transition as a prerequisite for hrt is a relic of the stone age. hell, in 1983 i didn't need to, though i might have been able to swing it. i started on hormones and socially transitioned when people stopped asking me if i was a boy or a girl, and just assumed i was a girl, no matter what i wore or did.

nothing, prescription, workout or otherwise, is going to make any difference to you physically in two weeks. how is your hair? how about a wig? pluck your eyebrows? nice makeup?

If you don't have women fatures or it's just hard to pass off without makeup you could try some plastic surgery on our face like your jaw line, cheekbones and chin. I know it's drastic but it works. Just don't go heavy on the makeup for your trials and just be you, be natural. Congratulations!
