I am thinking of being a health inspector in NY state (long island, suffolk county to be exact). I live in NC right now but am moving back to Long Island this summer. Does anyone know how to go about becomming a health inspector there? I have a BS in food and nutrition with some training in food safety and that kind of stuff. Any advice is helpful, thank you!
