I'm 31 yrs old and want to become a car designer.
I'm actually studying at a college which offers drawing and 3D course.
However, my professor told me that in these days it is hard to become a car designer especially for who's over 30. Is it really hard to become a car designer at my age? I'm interested in designing (exterior design) public transportation like buses and trucks, but does this even make it difficult to become a designer?
Also what else is needed to become a designer, especially for buses and trucks, other than drawing and 3D modeling?
