How to be a good Caddy? No golf experience?

I have never played golf before and am looking into being a Caddy for my summer job. Im going to speak to the head of the golf club tomorrow and want to be ready. any help is appreciated and if anyone wouldn't mind helping me. would like suit pants and a nice shirt be good? i do not own khaki pants
