How to back up contacts from Blackberry to iPhone?

I have a BlackBerry Torch 9800. I backed up all of my contacts and apps using BlackBerry Desktop Software. I no longer have access to my old BlackBerry Torch. Can I retrieve my contacts using the back up file on my computer? if so, how???
