I have been dealing with vertigo and I have been told by my doctor that it is because of fluid behind by ears, how do I avoid fluid settling behind my ear?
I think fluid in the ear is caused by sinus problems. Do you have seasonal allergies or anything? Maybe try taking a decongestant to see if that helps.
Decongestants are good, use caution if you have problems with your blood pressure. Mucinex is also very helpful in allowing the ear to drain normally. If you do have allergies it helps to make sure that you have them under control too.
