how to avoid gaining wait on yasmin birth control

I think that with any birth control you may gain weight. I work out almost everyday and I think that helps keep the weight down but it also depenRAB on what dosage you take so if you take a lower dosage you are least likely to gain a lot of weight on it! That is my thoughts! I hope this helps!
 
As almost all the other Yasmin users I am worried about gaining weight on the pills. It's already the second month I've been taking them, but,so far I haven't gained any weight. Though there is sometimes an increase in appetite,I am trying not to lose control. I am not sure how long I will succeed in it..
Anyway, I have to take these pills due to my doctor's prescribtion at least a few month to regulate my hormones' levels.
