How to attach image tags to mp3s?

I just bought an ipod and there's a view where you scroll through the album images to pick your music. The problem is most of the songs I have do not have any image tagged to them, so on the ipod, it's just a picture of a note with the title, no album picture. Is there a way to attach album info to an mp3?
 
You can do it using iTunes pretty simply. Right click on the song and select the Get Info option. There are then a bunch of tabs where you can edit the information about each track and add album art. If you don't already have the album art stored on your computer, look it up on the web, a goggle image search is a good way to find it, or just find the album on amazon.com. Then copy the image and paste in into the appropriate tab. Hope that makes sense.
