how to attach a web page with a link in html.?

i know this is very simple but i even don't know about this. i have created only a single web page on W.W.E. in i made a link named "wrestlers" but whenever i click to it, my browser shows that the page cannot be displayed . but i have created one more page but i don't know how to do it.
 
I am sure there must be a way to set the association for local files , but a workaround you may not have tried is to open your browser and then point it at the local file (Ctrl+O)
